🔄 Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

• The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging

⚠️ Due to the nature of alcoholic products, we do not accept returns of opened bottles unless the product is faulty.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost

• For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Opened bottles (unless faulty)

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

📦 Damaged Goods Procedure

If your order arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the product and packaging
